Fringe Shaver

The Fringe Shaver was designed to shave the warp tails off the seam.

A close shave without damaging the fabric is possible using a spring loaded blade and counterblade.

With its ergonomically formed housing (right handed or left handed operation can be specified) the Fringe Shaver allows a one hand operation, which is is easy to handle. By only using pressurized air as a power source the maintenance is relatively low.

Depending on the thread diameters and seam width approximately 300 meters of seam can be shaved before resharpening is necessary.

On average, a blade can be resharpened up to four times before renewal.
