Overview

The FS 5 has been designed to shave off the warp tails off the seam. Using a spring loaded blade and counterblade, a close shave without damaging the fabric is possible.

With it’s ergonomically formed housing the FS 5 allows for a one hand operation. It is easy to handle and by using pressurised air only as a source of power, the maintenance is relatively low.

Features

Depending on thread diameters and seam width, approximately 300 meters of seam can be shaved before resharpening.

A re-sharpening service of the blade is available from WIS. On average a blade can be resharpened four times before renewal.
